With more than 30 years in the business and hundreds of design projects on his resume, Anders is a true and multi-facetted master of design and branding. He is also the co-founder of For One, inspiring us all with an unlimited amount of curiosity, generosity, creativity and my-best-work-is-yet-to-come attitude.

Anders is a board member and creative leader at For One. He is the main go-to guy in our Brand design team and even though he has earned every right to be a primadonna, he most certainly is not. Quite the contrary. A more down-to-earth, selfless and generous soul is hard to find among the creative stars in this industry.

Superpower:

Never being full. Always looking ahead and with an ingenious ability to capture the essence of a brand or business idea.

Akilles heel:

Easily loses himself in a project. But that is all good.

Jakob Lindberg, Founding partner

After 18 years as a business leader, entrepreneur and consultant, with several consultancies and startups on his resume, Jakob got to work on a long marinated dream of creating the perfect hub for business development projects. And in 2015, along with Anders Björk, he co-founded For One.

Jakob might best be described as a business-oriented, pragmatic and hands-on strategic creative who is at his best when the scope is big, multidimensional and challenging. Always with an eye on what really matters - the bottom line. Today Jakob is Chairman of the board and one of four partners in 41ALL AB. Among other things, he is responsible for our business laboratory.

Superpower:

Connecting dots and envisioning things. Stupid enough not to let difficulty be a barrier and with an unwavering belief that everything is possible. Always.

Allergic to big egos, sub-optimization and political BS. Also unable not to get superexcited by new ideas.

Henrik Öhrnstedt - Sales expert

In 2020, we went looking for a business area manager to recruit for Cervera Företag. Someone that could make the new concept we had envisioned come true. We found Henrik, a super nice guy passionate about sales and who could bring a very interesting skillset with experiences from the SaaS (Service as a software) business.

Great, we thought, this could be a perfect match in our ambition to rethink a B2B business. We were right. Henrik certainly delivered for Cervera and he turned out to be so good that we snatched him back to For One when we got the chance.

Henrik has become one of four partners at For One, spearheading our ambition to develop our very own new business concepts such as new digital products for retail and innovative technologies for the construction industry. He is also a senior advisor in multiple client projects and a highly valued member of For One.

Superpower:

Henrik is like a Swiss Army knife, handy in a great many things, but he truly excels in driving sales all the way in to the "kakel".
